My diet tips:
# Drink at least 1 cup of distilled water in the morning.
Helps to digest undigested fats/ but for D-A-NA fatty no hope. She insists that she can only drink distilled water but cannot even WALK!?!?! for10 mins. TSK TSk. See how your fats will limit you. Start drinking now!!!!!!! haha. dana not fat laa hor. she just obeseee.#Have a heavy breakfast and then eat considerably lightly throughout the day.
Digestion is best in the mornings. True what. You fat arse ppl, s;eep for over 10 hrs daily, then got so much energy stored, your body need to exert out, yo'noe?- Apple slices with RAW honey
- i glass of non fat milk
- spinach
- brown bread with oatmeal ( ehh. quite nice leh)
- Carrot (boiled)
- Raisins
- Fruits
#Drink 8 glasses of water throughout the day.
Haaiya. This one got so many beneficials, must i list?- Cleanses your body. (Don't even get me started on this one alone. e.g. shit, fats, and many more)
- Aids in optimum digestion. Check your bio books laa.
#Stop eating after like, 7 pm?
#Make sure you're able to shit , about, 15 minutes after you've eaten. Shows that your candida is healthy.
#WALK at least 1 hour DAILY NONSTOP!!!! No need to run, walking is just fine, your own pace too. Dana fatty need not do this. She is confirmed to be fat and therefore due to fat constricting liabilities, she will be unable to commence this activity.

BTW, all tips given are modified by GITA LIMBU after testing out for 2 weeks. I have lost a few grms. HAHAhahaha. SO funny. But then hor, i skip some stuffs what, that's why lose only grms.
